"Montauk Monster" Pintail Surfboard

With a vision to extend the boundaries of surf photography as fine art, James Katsipis is proud to present his very own surfboard photo collection. In collaboration with Hamptons Surf Company and MAR Surf Exchange, a team of renowned artists and craftsmen have hand shaped and glassed each surfboard starting with a polyurethane foam blank and basswood stringer so that every shape is its own unique art piece. In addition, James Katsipis' original photographs are laminated directly onto the surfboard and protected by layers of fiberglass cloth. With decades of surfboard-making experience, this team has created a unique collection ready for both land and sea.
